Purpose of Position:

• To support the implementation and continuous monitoring of IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity compliance, and audit controls across the Group. The role is designed to develop a governance specialist by providing hands-on exposure to audit coordination, policy management, risk tracking, and compliance reporting within a multinational IT environment.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1. Support the development and continuous improvement of IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
2. Maintain centralized IT documentation ensuring version control and audit readiness.
3. Assist in maintaining the IT risk register, including tracking mitigation actions.
4. Support compliance activities across regions, including GDPR awareness and documentation of improvement actions.
5. Assist in the coordination of internal and external IT audits, including ISO 27001 evidence collection and audit tracking.
6. Support preparation of governance dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports with timely and accurate data.
7. Assist in monitoring compliance with cybersecurity policies and support awareness initiatives across the Group.
8. Coordinate with regional IT teams to collect governance, risk, and compliance data, ensuring alignment with Group standards.

• Balancing audit, reporting, and documentation with operational priorities.

Minimum Academic & Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of governance frameworks (ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT) is an advantage.

Minimum Work Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in IT governance, cybersecurity, and audit environments.
