MB Group has implemented many systems and initiatives to ensure a Distinct Employee Experience, find out about them.

Performance Management

MB Group subsidiaries use a robust performance management system, which the employee and the manager use to agree on concrete SMART goals each year. Each employee can review the progress with the manager periodically and receive a score at the end of the year which is reviewed by a panel.

Training and Development

A Learning Needs Analysis is conducted for all employees. This LNA sets our learning targets to support the employee in his achieving his goals and tackling his challenges. In the case that further development is needed, these needs are addressed through an Individual Development Plan. Each year, the Group holds around 20,000 formal classroom days.

Employee Experience

Group HR conducts an employee survey every two years. Based on the results, initiatives are created to address employee concerns. Employees also benefit from different events, workshops, and initiatives.
