We are seeking a dedicated Financial Controller to join Corporate Finance team to be part of our success.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Prepare and present statutory and management financial reports for senior management, auditors, banks, and regulators.
- Deliver monthly MIS reports with clear variance and trend analysis to support business decision-making.
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, identify key variances, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Ensure strong financial controls through regular review and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Ensure compliance with IFRS standard.
- Analyze costs, margins, and profitability to drive efficiency and sustainable profitability.
- Establish and maintain robust financial governance, policies, and internal control frameworks.
- Manage internal and external audit processes and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Oversee invoicing, revenue recognition, receivables, and cash flow management.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, which include auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Support tax planning initiatives while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Ensuring strong regulatory, audit, and governance compliance while supporting business agility and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (mandatory).
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA is strongly preferred.
Minimum Work Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial accounting, reporting, and financial control.
